Job summary

The Birth Center at Anna Jaques Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a per diem Staff RN with obstetric experience to support labor, delivery, and postpartum care in a 12-bed LDRP unit serving Newburyport and the Merrimack Valley. Current Massachusetts RN licensure is required, with BSN preferred.

We offer private patient rooms with state of the art technology, working closely with all disciplines and including our relationship with Beth Israel Lahey Health. We have 24/7 obstetrics and anesthesia coverage with a nursing staff of 45. We are a Baby Friendly Designated hospital with a strong focus on patient experience.The Birth Center Nurse supports the care of mothers and newborns. OB experience strongly preferred. Current Massachusetts Nursing Licensure required, with BSN prepared nurses preferred. Implements stabilization process according to NRP guidelines. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. The pay range for this position is established and governed by the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Employees hired into this position will receive compensation consistent with the terms of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
