Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care within ED/Observation and Behavioral Health settings, following nursing process and standards.

You will lead clinical decisions, communicate effectively with the care team, and help create a safe, therapeutic environment, contributing to high-quality patient experiences in a dedicated Behavioral Health facility.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Behavioral Health Experience preferred

Where You Will Work:

ED/Observation. Triage, ED Secure, Observation for adults and pediatrics- rotating through different areas.

We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
