Role:

Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Behavioral Health, providing patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

Ensure high-quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, promote effective communication using AIDET and SBAR, involve patients and families in care plans, and utilize Teach Back methodology to confirm understanding. Perform age-specific patient interventions proficiently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain professionalism through education, standards, and ongoing growth.

• Provide education and promote patient engagement to foster trust and understanding.


• Communicate proactively about delays, procedures, and care changes.


• Perform patient interventions with competency and professionalism.


• Participate in handoffs and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications
