Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health

We’re seeking a compassionate RN to join our team in a residential setting in New York City. If you're passionate about patient advocacy, education, and delivering high-quality care, this is the opportunity for you!

What You Will Be Doing
As the Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in coordinating healthcare services and supporting residents in their recovery and wellness journey. You will provide both direct nursing care and client education, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care and patient education in a sub-acute residential environment.
• Conduct client triage and support both medical and psychiatric appointments.
• Facilitate psychoeducational seminars and provide accurate medical information.
• Utilize technology systems to document care and communicate effectively.
• Train staff on medication access procedures and conduct quality assurance reviews.
• Ensure safe storage and disposal of all medications.
• Coordinate care between internal teams and external healthcare providers.
• Lead client orientations, administer screening tools, and manage appointment schedules.
• Participate in case conferences and training seminars.
