Delray Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across behavioral health and medical units. The RN will coordinate patient care using the nursing process, work with a multidisciplinary team, and lead initiatives in safety and infection control.

The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS, and CPI readiness within 3 months of hire; BSN is preferred. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 paid over 24 months.

Qualificações

• RN licensure in Florida is required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• CPI training within 3 months of employment and annually.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Full Time, Nights

Up to $5,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

• Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
• Preferred: BSN

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-3 years in Behavioral Health setting
• 1 year Med/Surg preferred

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

• Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
• American Heart Association BLS
• CPI within 3 months of employment and annually

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• None.
