Positions available: Full-time, Part-time, and Weekend Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

As an RN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the supervision of an RN Supervisor and DON to deliver quality nursing care, aiming for positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

• Provide resident care following nursing standards, care plans, and physicians' treatment plans.
• Follow care plans designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report appropriately.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in PA without restrictions.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication and safety.
• Ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
