Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health serving Central to Eastern Cuyahahoga County and Cleveland. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The RN will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing assessments, protect privacy, and provide nursing care per physician orders.

Travel between patient homes is required with a valid driver’s license. Requirements include an active RN license and a nursing degree.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to determine care needs.

As a Registered Nurse Home Health, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Assessing patients to determine their care needs.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
