Job summary

Glenwood is seeking a dedicated registered nurse for a full-time 7a–7p day shift in a close-knit, resident-first environment. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to join a supportive leadership team that values growth and quality care.

The RN will provide skilled nursing care, conduct assessments, develop care plans, monitor changes in condition, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians, NPs, therapy, and the IDT. Strong clinical skills and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and communicate clearly.
• LTC or SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care that promotes resident safety, dignity, and quality of life.
• Complete assessments and develop and update care plans.
• Monitor residents and respond quickly to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Lead and support LPNs and CNAs on your shift.
• Work with physicians, NPs, therapy, and the IDT.
• Keep documentation accurate and compliant.
