Layhill Center for Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care near Silver Spring, MD. You will administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team to support residents.

The position offers a $5,000 retention bonus and $40 per hour with competitive benefits, including health, vision and dental insurance, 401(k), bonuses, shift differentials, extra holidays, and in-facility training.

Qualificações

• RN license is required.
• 1 year RN experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule/shift may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists in admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and condition to the care team.
• Documents observations in patient charts.

Responsibilities

• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
