Mon Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate total patient-centered care ensuring optimal service to the communities we serve. The role emphasizes compassionate care, clinical excellence, and collaborative teamwork with physicians and families.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, accurate nursing diagnoses, planning and implementing care plans, and ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes during night shifts.

Qualifications

Effective interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with physicians and instruct patients and families.
Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.

Responsabilités

Outcomes Identification: The registered nurse identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Planning: The registered nurse develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternative to attain expected outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Implementation: The registered nurse implements the identified plan by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
Evaluation: The registered nurse evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes by providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
