Job summary

Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking a Full Time Overnight Nurse for their Indianola location. The successful candidate will manage operations in their assigned unit, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, providing guidance and support, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention practices. An unencumbered Iowa RN license is mandatory, with preference given to candidates with experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure residents receive a high standard of care by supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring infection prevention practices are maintained, and ensuring adequate staffing for residents’ needs.

Qualifications

An unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (RN) license is required; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
