Job summary

Maple Manor Village in Iowa is seeking a dedicated nurse to join our friendly, caring team. We offer 2nd shift part-time, 3rd shift full-time, and PRN roles with tuition reimbursement and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a staff nurse you will supervise the clinical staff on your unit, provide guidance and education, uphold infection prevention practices, and help maintain a positive, inclusive culture while delivering an exceptional standard of care to our residents.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa or a compact state.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff and maintain infection prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Ensure residents receive a high standard of care.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff.
• Maintain adequate staffing to meet residents’ needs and uphold infection control.

As a staff nurse you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Maple Manor Village by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident’s needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
