Medical Park West Rehabilitation and Skilled Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Norman, OK. The shift is 3pm to 11pm, and you will participate in and direct patient care under physician orders, ensuring the highest quality services in a compassionate, resident-focused setting.

Qualified candidates hold current RN licensure, have experience in long-term care, and possess supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains nursing service objectives in line with licensure and Nurse Practice Act.

• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies and secures equipment and supplies.
• Directs and oversees subordinates.
• Participates in duty assignments and coordinates tasks.
• Oversees staff performance and provides coaching or training.

RN Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.

• Evaluates staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.

RN Requirements

• Current, valid licensure as a RN required

• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred
