Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited program within 24 months of employment and obtain a BSN degree within five (5) years of employment date.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' physiologic health status and document findings.
• Evaluate patients' psychosocial health status and communicate care plans.
• Develop criteria for measuring patient outcomes and establish individualized goals.
• Formulate and document the plan of care in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Implement the plan of care while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Administer medications accurately and educate patients on drug interactions.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health conditions and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with care team members to coordinate treatment regimens.
• Perform grade I-IV Decubitus care and preventive skin care measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatment and responses.

About This Role
