Cantex is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift in Alvin, Texas. You will participate in and oversee patient care, document assessments, and carry out physicians’ orders under established policies.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring quality patient care in accordance with state and federal guidelines. RN licensure and graduation from an accredited program are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in good standing.
• Responsible for medication administration and patient care.
• Observe and report patient conditions to physicians and team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee provision of patient care consistent with standards and physician orders.
• Document patient assessments and changes in EMR per policy.
• Transcribe and execute physicians' orders; implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor and coordinate timely delivery of patient care by staff.
