Valley View Care Center in Grand Rapids, MI is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a skilled nursing team focused on orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. Expect a $10,000 sign-on bonus and hourly pay with career advancement opportunities.

Formación

• Licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) and Michigan licensure required.
• Current CPR-BLS certification required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Perform a variety of treatments including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on changes to medications and plans.
• Provide preventative and supportive care to support physiologic and psychosocial well-being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with patients and families.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, give direction, training, and contribute to evaluations.

You will earn: Earn up to $43.55!

• Starting wages; $38.15 - $40.15 per hour based on years of current certification

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 12 hour shifts - All shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full time and Part Time available
• Day Shift available or Midnights available

How you will help people every day as Registered Nurse:

• You will perform a variety of treatments, including would care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• You will administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• You will provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.
• You will oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) must be licensedin Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
