Job summary

Empire Care Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Georgia to join our team in a full-time role with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The RN will monitor patient conditions, collaborate with the care team, perform routine procedures, administer medications, and ensure hygiene and safety across the facility.

The ideal candidate holds an active GA nursing license and will supervise LPNs and nursing assistants while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active GA nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's condition and assess needs to provide care and guidance.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures and document patient charts.

Registered Nurse (RN) - $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time!

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team and become an integral part of our mission to provide superior care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients

• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts

• Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders

• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.)

• Provide instant medical care in emergencies

• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants

• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
