Pay is $42.00–$48.00 per hour with benefits including PTO and 401K. The successful candidate will hold an active Delaware RN license and demonstrate strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans.
• Assess residents' physical, psychosocial, and functional status and document appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to physician/nursing leadership.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on assigned unit or shift.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR as needed.
• Accurately complete medical records, MARs, TARs, and incident reports.
• Educate residents and families regarding care, treatments, and health conditions.
• Adhere to attendance, scheduling, and block schedule commitments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):
