Legacy Healthcare LLC is seeking licensed Registered Nurses (RN) to join the Harmony West Des Moines team. We value compassionate care, teamwork, and excellent clinical skills to support residents per their care plans.

As an RN, you will conduct resident assessments, lead a nursing team, administer medications, and advocate for residents’ safety and comfort. Iowa or compact-state licensure is required; SNF experience preferred; multiple shifts (6a-6p, 6p-6a) available.

Formación

• Unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) RN license.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

As a Registered Nurse, RN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony West Des Moines by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
