Harmony Davenport is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our friendly and supportive clinical team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care, administering medications, and supporting residents according to individualized care plans.

We value teamwork, vigilance, and compassionate advocacy. A valid, unencumbered Iowa RN license (or compact state) is required, with SNF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in Iowa or a compact state.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by the care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments to inform care planning.
• Serve as a team leader within the clinical department.
• Advocate for residents’ needs and safety.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

As a Registered Nurse, RN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Davenport by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
