Job summary

Harmony Cedar Rapids is actively seeking Registered Nurses to join our friendly, caring team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will administer medications, perform resident assessments, and contribute to individualized care plans.

As a licensed RN in Iowa, you will lead nursing care, collaborate with therapy and support staff, and advocate for residents. Weekend and evening shifts with differential are available.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered IA RN license (or compact state).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor residents per care plans.
• Perform resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans.
• Lead nursing care and advocate for residents in coordination with the team.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State ofIowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license; experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.

As a Registered Nurse, RN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Harmony Cedar Rapids by ensuring residents receive the medication and nursing care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
