Job summary

ExcelCare At Dover is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about long-term care and committed to providing exceptional care in a skilled nursing environment. As an RN with ExcelCare At Dover you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain resident well-being.

You will supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards in a person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
