Job summary

Avantara Watertown in South Dakota is seeking a compassionate RN Staff Nurse to join our caring Clinical Department. You will ensure residents receive medications and care per their individual care plans, and you will lead a team while advocating for residents' needs.

Requirements include an unencumbered SD RN license; prior long-term care experience is preferred. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, starting wage at $30.00/hour, and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of South Dakota RN license.
• Prior long term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications and care as directed by their individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and act as team leader.

As a RN Staff Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Watertownby ensuring residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
