Avantara Watertown is actively recruiting an RN Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. You will ensure residents receive medications and care per their care plans while upholding high standards of care and safety.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, with a starting wage of $30.00 per hour and shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. We value growth and comprehensive benefits, including 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered State of South Dakota RN license.
• Long-term care experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
• Medication administration and resident care must align with individual care plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and care according to the resident care plan.
• Perform resident assessments and monitor health status.
• Serve as a team leader and advocate for residents.
• Ensure residents receive a high standard of care and safety.

As a RN Staff Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Watertown by ensuring residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, being a team leader, and advocating for your residents. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
