Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform wound care, and assist residents with daily living activities on 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

This full-time role offers competitive wages, a shift differential up to $4 per hour, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Recent clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications and wound care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor and report changes in resident status to nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, families, and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies.
