Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Minimum 1–2 years of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans.

Location: Wanaque, New Jersey

Shift: All Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
• Administer medications, perform wound care, and conduct vital signs as needed

• Contribute to quality assurance initiatives, budget planning, and internal committees
