Polaris Healthcare seeks a Lead RN for an Assisted Living Facility in New York. The role involves day-to-day oversight of the LPNs and home health aides, ensuring resident care and continuity of services, and performing audits and assessments as needed.

This is a salaried position with benefits and paid time off. Work is 40 hours per week with no weekends, no on-call, no direct patient care, no mandating, and no travel. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000.

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
