Momentous Health in Vandalia, OH is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team on both day and night 12-hour shifts. We’re dedicated to resident-centered care and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

As an RN, you’ll provide high-quality nursing care, perform assessments, administer medications, and document thoroughly in line with regulatory standards. A valid Ohio RN license is required.

Momentous Health at Vandalia is seeking compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on both Day and Night 12-hour shifts. If you’re committed to providing excellent clinical care and want to work in a supportive, resident-centered environment, we want YOU on our team.

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (with shift differential)

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality skilled nursing care
