Role Summary
Our client, a progressive community healthcare system, is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, compassionate patient care across multiple inpatient departments. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative clinical environment that emphasizes patient-centered care, professional development, and continuous quality improvement.
Multiple openings are available across various specialty areas for both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established nursing standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and clinical progress
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Record vital signs, measurements, and other patient assessments
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards
- Participate in patient rounds and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
- Provide leadership and clinical support while working collaboratively with fellow caregivers
- Assist in maintaining unit readiness for regulatory and accreditation standards
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to obtain within one year of employment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position (36 hours per week)
- Multiple openings across various clinical departments
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Hourly pay ranging from $30.00 to $50.00, based on education, experience, and assigned department
- Shift differential:
- $3.50/hour for eligible shifts
- $4.50/hour for eligible shifts
