Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) in Westchester County for flexible, part-time and per diem in-home care. Eligible candidates earn $55/hour with incentives and $125.00 per visit, with opportunities for bonuses and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include direct patient care at patients' homes, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and thorough documentation. Must hold NY RN license, BLS, and be willing to travel within Westchester.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York.

• Physical and QuantiFERON within a year.
• MMR immunization.
