Job summary

affirmed Home Care is hiring Per Diem Registered Nurses throughout Westchester County, including White Plains, Yonkers, Scarsdale, Larchmont, New Rochelle and nearby areas, to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care.

As an RN, you’ll focus on one patient at a time, enjoy flexible per diem scheduling, and earn $55.00/hour for hourly cases or $125.00/visit for nursing visits, with weekly direct deposit and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience.
• Active New York State RN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Physical exam completed within the past year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years.
• MMR immunizations within the past 10 years.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home one-on-one nursing care.
• Support flexible per diem scheduling.
• Maintain detailed patient records.
• Coordinate with family and care team.
