Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Wellness Nurse (RN) to oversee resident health, strengthen clinical systems, and support medication safety across the community.

The role requires an active RN license, a nursing degree, and at least 1 year of senior care or clinical experience, with strong assessment and communication skills to drive quality of life for residents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct move-in, 3-day, semi-annual, and change-of-condition assessments.

• Follow up on falls, incidents, and hospital returns.
• Transcribe physician orders and ensure accurate MAR/TAR documentation.
• Complete medication audits and oversee medication program compliance.
• Partner with families, physicians, and the Resident Care Director.
• Promote infection control and survey readiness.
• Provide clinical guidance and training to care staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in good standing

Pay Range: 35.05 - 48.40
