Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for Behavioral Health in Tucson, AZ. This full-time role offers three 12-hour shifts, $42–$52 per hour plus shift differentials, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You’ll join an interdisciplinary team to support patients with mental health and substance use challenges.

Training is provided, and there are growth opportunities, PTO, health benefits, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license.
• Sound clinical judgment and strong communication skills.
• A compassionate, team-oriented approach to care.
• Behavioral health experience is welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
• Complete assessments and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Support crisis stabilization, recovery, and discharge planning.
• Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation to promote a safe environment.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, behavioral health technicians, and other clinicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable standards.

Shift differentials

• Weeknight: 10%
