Job summary

Adecco in Tucson, AZ is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our behavioral health team on a full-time direct-hire basis. You will work in inpatient, crisis, or residential settings with fixed 12-hour shifts, no rotation, and scheduling flexibility based on unit needs.

The role includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability, a 401(k) with employer match, five weeks of PTO, shift differentials, PSLF eligibility

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license or compact-state license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in crisis, inpatient, or residential behavioral health.
• Ability to work fixed 12-hour shifts with scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in inpatient, crisis, or residential behavioral health settings.
• Deliver detox services and support patients through crisis stabilization.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and connect patients with community resources.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and trauma-informed environment.
• Document care, assessments, and interventions in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.
