Job summary

Complete Care at Arbors in New Jersey is hiring registered nurses for full-time or part-time roles. You’ll provide compassionate, patient-centered care, administer medications, and implement care plans per physician orders while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.

NJ RN license in good standing is required; long-term care experience is a plus. A comprehensive benefits package, tuition reimbursement, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Administer medications, provide treatments, and implement care plans per physician’s orders.
• Monitor residents’ health status, document changes, and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
• Offer compassionate care while ensuring residents’ physical and emotional needs are met.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
