Job summary

Complete Care at Green Acres in New Jersey is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver high‑quality care in a team‑oriented environment. Qualifications

• Experience in long‑term care is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Medication administration and care plan implementation per physician’s orders.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health and document changes.
• Communicate concerns promptly to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians and other professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Perform duties as assigned by Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing

• Prior experience in long‑term care is beneficial but not mandatory

• Administer medications, provide treatments, and implement care plans per physician’s orders

• Monitor residents’ health status, document changes, and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team

• Offer compassionate care while ensuring residents’ physical and emotional needs are met

• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
