Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote restorative care and encourage resident independence.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
