Job summary

Taylorville Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate Transportation Driver to support residents by safely transporting to appointments and assisting the care team. This full-time role emphasizes reliability, dignity, and teamwork in a resident-centered environment.

You’ll use Outlook and basic software, maintain punctuality, and participate in a supportive team that values growth and compassionate service to residents and families alike.

Qualifications

• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate team player.
• Comfortable learning basic technology systems including Outlook and Microsoft programs.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting residents to and from scheduled medical appointments
• Treating residents and their belongings with dignity and respect
• Assisting nursing staff with resident needs as assigned
• Maintaining punctuality and professionalism during scheduled shifts
• Supporting quality resident care through teamwork and communication
