Taylorville Skilled Nursing & Rehab in Taylorville, IL is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with CNAs and the medical team in a supportive, community-based setting.

This full-time role offers day and night shifts, a $2 per hour night differential, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and opportunities for tuition

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Illinois.
