Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based environment in Illinois. This role offers a salary range of $40-$45 per hour and opportunities for growth, training and leadership development.

The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT to optimize health outcomes, and supervise CNAs. Full-time or part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication skills.
• Exemplary leadership abilities.
