Job summary

Arc at Streator in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a team-based environment. Salary ranges $40-$45/hour.

We foster growth, training and development and a supportive leadership culture. The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH/CMS regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license is required.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Strong, effective communication and leadership abilities.
