Arc at Streator is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a collaborative, team-based setting in Streator, IL. The role supports growth and development within a leadership culture and offers competitive hourly wages.

The RN will conduct resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with IDPH and CMS regulations. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and exemplary leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform residents assessments to guide care planning.
• Develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
