Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The role offers hourly compensation and opportunities for growth, training, and supportive leadership culture.

The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with the IDT, and supervise CNAs while ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS guidelines. Various shifts available, including full-time, part-time, and PRN.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
