Arcadia Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment. The role offers an hourly wage of $40–$45 and opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care plan development with the care team, coordination with IDT, supervision of CNAs, and ensuring compliance with IDPH/CMS standards. Multiple shifts available including full-time and part-time.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
