Job summary

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dialysis team at the West Iredell Dialysis Center in Statesville, NC. This full-time RN role offers a sign-on bonus based on experience and a strong benefits package.

The RN will provide prescribed dialysis treatment, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and ensure patient safety while supporting a flexible schedule. Must be licensed in NC and pass Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
• Computer skills.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Employee must successfully pass Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

• Provides prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to the clients of the unit.
• Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to the dialysis patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Directs and supervises other team members.
• Collaborates with the physicians and the multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the patient’s age/developmental status.
• Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures and standards of care.
• This position requires frequent and prolonged periods of standing and bending.
