Cedar Creek Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift in Michigan. The role includes nursing assessments, care planning for patients with co-occurring disorders, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Nights are 7pm–7:30am, with every other weekend rotation, at a state-of-the-art 72-bed facility. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with match, PTO, disability, life and pet insurance, plus a $6,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan is required.
• Psychiatric experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete nurse-to-nurse assessments with other healthcare facilities and communicate with Internal Medicine as needed.
• Complete internal nursing assessments.
• Assess, plan, and deliver care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• Continuously assess and reassess the patient’s medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
• Participate with team members in planning and implementing the patient’s treatment plan.
• Work with both adult and adolescent populations.

Registered Nurses at Cedar Creek

• Complete nurse to nurse assessment with other healthcare facilities and communicate with Internal Medicine as needed.
• Complete internal nursing assessments.
• Competent in assessing, planning, and delivering care for patients with co-occurring disorders.
• The nurse continually assesses and reassesses the patient’s medical and psychiatric status and changing needs.
• Participates with other team members in planning and implementing the patient’s treatment plan.
• Works with both adult and adolescent population.

Hours

Full Time, 3 12-hour shifts per week, 7pm to 7:30am for night shift, including an every other weekend rotation.
