Mission Health Communities' Spring Hill Care and Rehab in Spring Hill, Kansas, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team. You will provide total resident care, administer medications, and work with NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed.

Competitive Compensation Package

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring residents' condition and needs, and providing total care
• Administering medications and treatments, and reporting any changes in condition
• Overseeing the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff, and ensuring that resident care plans are being followed
• Completing documentation, and admitting and discharging residents
• Maintaining confidentiality and following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirements
• Providing excellent customer service, and building relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues

Requirements

To be qualified for this position, you should possess:

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred
