Job summary

Spring Hill Care and Rehab in Spring Hill, Kansas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our rehabilitation team and provide total care to residents. Experience in geriatric or medical-surgical nursing is preferred. This full-time role features 12-hour day shifts from 7am to 7pm, competitive hourly pay of $35.00–$41.50, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitoring residents' condition and needs, and providing total care
• Administering medications and treatments, and reporting any changes in condition
• Overseeing the nursing assistant-registered (NAR) staff, and ensuring that resident care plans are being followed
• Completing documentation, and admitting and discharging residents
• Maintaining confidentiality and following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) requirements
• Providing excellent customer service, and building relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues

Requirements

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred

Work Schedule
