Job summary

Eduro Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care unit in Spearfish, SD. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, perform assessments, manage medications, and supervise nursing staff to uphold high standards of resident care.

The position requires BSN, SD RN licensure, and BLS certification, with a benefits package and opportunities for professional development. A 12k retention bonus is available and daily pay options may be considered.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by South Dakota.
• BLS certification from the AHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Registered Nurse (RN) care for residents.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments of residents and evaluate changes in condition to ensure appropriate interventions and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with facility policies and professional nursing standards.
• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, IV therapy (as permitted by state practice), tube feedings, suctioning, catheter care, and other complex nursing procedures.
• Supervise, delegate, and provide clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel in accordance with state nurse practice acts.
• Ensure care plans are developed, implemented, and updated based on resident assessments and interdisciplinary team input.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care.
• Accurately complete all required documentation, assessments, and clinical records in a timely manner and in accordance with regulatory standards
