Genesis HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse - RN for a Full-Time Night shift. You will provide high-quality care to a variety of patients/residents, building meaningful relationships with them and their families while contributing to a compassionate team.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, and coordination with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and reduce rehospitalizations, with a focus on safety and empathy.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.

• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities

You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.

Posted Salary Range

USD $37.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.
